Iran - Reza Dalvand
Reza Dalvand (*1989) is Iraniër. Hij woont in Teheran. Hij studeerde grafische vormgeving aan de universiteit van Isfahan en illustratie aan de universiteit van Teheran. Hij heeft al een tiental kinderboeken geïllustreerd en zijn boeken zijn in het Duits en in het Frans vertaald. Op een Nederlandstalige versie is het nog wachten.

A painter and illustrator living in Rasht, Iran, Amir initially studied Graphic Design and we can see that strong graphic sensibility in all his works. He has a very unique approach to composition on the page and you can get lost in the architectural details and small figures that inhabit his wonderful complex designs and juxtaposed patterns.
